Online forms are a great way to allow persons to register for a course, lecture or other event. But what to do with the incoming data? To help you structure it, formalize offers a number of options, such as sorting, filtering, and exporting. You can even define special permissions for individual members and groups of your organization.¶

Role-based access control The formalize API enforces security through role-based access control, which defines which users can submit, read, edit, share, or delete data.
Viewing and exporting options
formalize users have a clear and sortable overview of all submissions to which they have permissions, as well as insight into those individual submissions. Managers of submissions can create CSV or PDF exports and even customize the export by filtering out individual data fields.¶
Integration with other applications
Using formalize for the management of submissions is possible even if your submission form is part of another web application, as long as it supports the possibility to synchronize the data into other systems.¶
