Why dbp dispatch?
Packaging and sending letters are firmly anchored tasks in many administrative processes. With dispatch, we minimize this type of workload to only several clicks by delivering your mail to the receiver as regular letters, RSa or electronically.¶
Features
Smart delivery routing
The dispatch API determines whether a recipient has an electronic inbox with the ID Austria. If an electronic inbox is available, the letter is delivered digitally. If not, the document is printed out by our cooperation partners and sent as RSa.¶
Delivery status tracking
dispatch supports the monitoring of delivery statuses, providing clear insights into the state of each letter. If more detailed tracking information exists, it is provided via a link to the Austrian Post’s website.¶
Role-based access control
Security is enforced through a role-based access control system, allowing precise management of permissions for various user roles. This enables the restriction of insight into deliveries for individual organizational units or selected persons.¶
